Finite Element Analysis- is an amazing tool for any mechanical engineer. The finite element method lets us analyze problems that we could previously only dream of cracking. We handle not only the traditional analysis of stresses under statical loads. We handle eigenfrequency problems, heat transfer problems, cases involving thermally induced stresses, transient problems, probabilistic problems, and many other combinations of different analysis types. We handle all types of geometries: trusses, beam structures, plane problems, plate and shell problems, and full three-dimensional structures. We interface with most types of CAD file formats. Advanced
post processing allows us a perfect overview of the results and efficient
identification of hot spots and possible problem areas. Parametric models can
easily be manipulated, and consequences of prospective design changes can be analyzed. |
